I have always enjoyed singing songs from the heart. To me music connects with the soul and to sing is one of the best ways to feel human. So for this album we went with songs that mean something to me emotionally.
I also wanted to add my flavor to the arrangements without departing too far from the original. This idea led to a freedom in what instruments we played and gives the songs a different life.
In a world of doubt and changing attitudes, music from the heart is needed more than ever - here is my contribution.
